Industry Roots

Managing Director Jannatul Baker Khan enters the RMG sector, gaining extensive experience with various factory boards and international retail buyers.

2010

Needle Works BD Ltd

Founded as a 100% export-oriented garments buying house, establishing a strong global buyer network and a reliable supply chain.

2022

NW RMG LTD Founded

To directly meet growing buyer demand and guarantee on-time delivery, our own high-precision manufacturing unit is opened in Mirpur, Dhaka.

Modern Operations

Operating a 20,000 SFT, 4-floor facility equipped with 230 advanced machines, 350 skilled workers, and serving customers in Europe and the USA.

Leadership Message

I am working in the RMG sector since 1993. I have worked with a lot of different management boards of garments factories and buying houses and have dealt with many international buyers.

I have had the opportunity to learn mostly everything related to this industry as I have worked from the very start to the last stage of producing a garment product. I started my own business in 2010 with 18 years of job experience. Another company of ours is Needle Works BD Ltd (100% export-oriented garments buying house), established in 2010 and doing very well.

To meet the demand of our buyers and to ship goods on time, we were bound to open our own manufacturing unit. With my very strong reputation and background in this industry, I decided to open NW RMG Ltd.

Our team is very strong and trustworthy, with extensive industry experience. They are ready to deal with any problems or queries from the buyers. Over the years, I have built a very good network of buyers and supply chain. We believe in hard work, on-time delivery, and contributing to Bangladesh's export growth.
